Cross-Enrollment Procedures:


1. Present your X-Enroll permit to the Registrar


2. The Registrar will issue a blank advisement slip which you must fill out 

    legibly. Proceed to the Faculty adviser or Registrar for advisement. After

    filling the said form, return to Faculty adviser or Registrar for approval.

    Secure Registration card at the Registrar and transfer your approved



3. Go to Accounting Dept. for assessment of fees.


4. Pay your fees at the Cashier’s Window.


5. Present your Registration card & get your classcard at the Classcard section.


6. After the above you are officially enrolled.


7. Submit your classcard to your respective Faculty member.
